Who are Saiwai Translation Services?

Saiwai Translation is a human translation service for text, software and web sites. The translations are done by native-speaker professional translators and never with automatic translation software. 

Is my translation done by human translators or by machine? 

All translations are performed by professional and experienced human translators.

Where are your translators located? 

Our professional translators are located all over the world, and are native speakers of their target languages.

Do you work with companies or private individuals?

Most of our requests come from companies, but we often work with private individuals and are happy to help them with their translation needs.

Is it possible to maintain the page layout?

We guarantee the documents original layout and format. Where possible, we work on the original document by writing over the text without changing the style and format.

What is Glossary? 

A glossary is a list of terms in a particular field with their exact definition. It consists in the explanation of concepts regarding a specific field of study or action.

Can you guarantee my project will be kept confidential?

Saiwai Translations understands the importance of confidentiality in regards to your project, and will uphold the highest professional and ethical standards to make sure the content of your project remains private.

How much does a translation cost?

The prices vary based on the language pair, volume, difficulty and format of your texts. 

When do I need to pay?

Clients are asked to pay within 5 days of delivery of the translated document unless otherwise specified.

When you receive your translation you will also receive an invoice with all the information for making the payment. We normally request an advance payment for new customers.

What type of payment do you accept? 

Currently, Saiwai Translation Services accepts payment through business check for INR, wire transfers, PayPal.  

What guarantees do I have regarding quality?

First of all it is important to note that Saiwai Translations works exclusively with native-speaker professional translators. Since we are Internet-based we have access to many more qualified translators than any traditional agency.

How can I send you a document?

If it is in electronic form use the online order procedure or send the document as an attachment to Email   

How can I send a file that is too large?

We accept e-mail files up to 5 megabytes. However, we can set up a very fast FTP access for sending and receiving bigger files.

What type of files can I send?

Our server currently accepts files in .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rar, .txt, .ppt or .zip formats.
